Can we have outside food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food from outside vendors or establishments. However, we kindly ask that no competing coffee be brought or served. If you need recommendations, we have a list of preferred food vendors available. Please let us know how we can assist you!"
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. However, if alcohol will be served, a certified bartender is required.
Can RS provide coffee and pastries?
Yes, we would be happy to assist! Please let us know in advance how many guests you plan to serve so we can provide an accurate quote. We offer a variety of options for pastries and coffee to suit your needs.
Is it possible to have a barista provide us with drinks?
Yes, please let us know in advance, and we would be happy to schedule a barista for your event. Advance notice is required to ensure availability.
Can I reserve more time?
Yes, you may reserve additional time. Please email us to check availability, as we will need to confirm that no other parties are booked during the requested period. Additional charges will apply for extended time.
Can we move tables and chairs?
Yes. You can move them to cater to your event. We are also happy to remove any tables and chairs. Please let us know in advance so we can remove any unwanted chairs and/or tables.
Will you have access to Red Swing during operation hours?
Yes, all guests are welcome to visit Red Swing for refreshments during our regular operating hours.
Do we have cutoff times or limits?
There are no designated cutoff times or access restrictions for the Acacia Room. However, we kindly ask all guests to act responsibly. The space is also available for use during Red Swing Coffee's non-operational hours.
